As the Clinical Director, Leesa is responsible for the clinical and operational aspects of the practice. With a passion for training, Leesa encourages therapists to act on the values and mission of the practice in their clinical work, in relationships with colleagues, and in their broader professional identities. Overseeing this incredible quality of value and mission-based care clinicians at the practice provide, Leesa continually works to make care accessible. Recognizing the systemic harms and barriers within the medical and behavioral health field for minority populations, she provides operational solutions that are trauma-informed and rooted in anti-racism, sex positivity, and inclusivity.
Leesa strives to lead from a place of authenticity, transparency, accountability, and humility, encouraging others to share their own life and work experiences to help build strong rationales in decision-making processes. In this way, the community remains at the center of choices and decisions.
