Unlicensed, Provisionally & Fully Licensed Therapists & Clinical Supervisors

  • Health Insurance. You are eligible for health insurance the first of the month following your start date. We contribute toward the cost of your health insurance!
  • Dental Insurance. You are eligible for dental insurance the first of the month following your start date, and we make contributions toward the cost of your dental insurance.
  • Vision Insurance. We provide you with free vision insurance!
  • Paid Time Off. You have unlimited paid time off to use for vacation or sick leave.
  • Professional Liability Insurance. We pay for your professional liability insurance under our group professional liability insurance policy.
  • Licensure Fee. We reimburse your IDFPR licensure renewal fee.

  • Sliding Scale Clients. One of our core values is increasing access to care, especially for disenfranchised, disadvantaged, and historically marginalized populations. We have a strong sliding scale program for individual and family therapy, and we include sliding scale clients as part of your direct clinical hour metrics. We also commit to having at least 50% of our group therapy sessions be sliding scale or pro bono every year.
  • Language Fluency Bonus. You are eligible for a language fluency bonus if you speak another language fluently in a healthcare setting.
  • Referral Bonus. You are eligible for a referral bonus if we hire someone you referred.
  • Discretionary Bonus. You are eligible for a discretionary bonus every April.

  • Professional Development. We work with you to develop a professional development plan, and we meet with you monthly to help meet your goals.
  • Tuition Reimbursement. We offer a tuition reimbursement program to encourage you to pursue training and certifications that may not otherwise be available or accessible to you.
  • Ongoing Support. In addition to any clinical supervision and professional development meetings, we provide a monthly meeting with your manager for you to receive continued support on more than just your clinical work and to provide you with regular access to leadership. You are able to discuss any administrative or operational questions or issues you have.
