  • Paid Parental Leave. IntraSpectrum Counseling acknowledges and celebrates the many forms that families take. All full-time team members who are non-birthing (or non-gestational) parents, including the biological, adoptive, and foster parents, are provided 80 hours of paid Parental Leave upon the birth, adoption, or foster placement of their child.
  • Legal Name Change Assistance. We provide financial assistance to any team member wishing to change their legal name regardless of the reason for the change.
  • Professional Liability Insurance. We pay for the cost of professional liability insurance for all clinical team members.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan. We offer both standard and Roth retirement accounts. When eligible, we match up to 4% of your contributions.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts. We provide medical, dependent care, parking & transit FSA accounts.
  • Language Fluency Bonus. You are eligible for a language fluency bonus paid at the start of every quarter if you speak Arabic, Cantonese, Mandarin or Spanish.

In addition to any clinical supervision and professional development meetings, we provide a quarterly meeting with your manager for you to receive continued support on more than just your work and to provide you with regular access to leadership.
