At IntraSpectrum Counseling, taking good care of our clinicians is very important to us. Our clinicians are compensated via a fee basis. Please see our gross earnings estimates tables below for more information.

The gross earnings estimates above are not guarantees or promises. The estimates are gross earnings for a 48-week year, do not include pay for paid leave/sick leave, and assume an average invoice revenue rate of $120 (Master Therapists) and $140 (Doctoral Therapists). Your actual gross earnings total may differ from the gross earnings estimate based upon number of weeks worked, hours of paid leave/sick leave taken, and actual average invoice revenue rate.
Today is “National Coming Out Day”, an annual event to celebrate and “come out of the closet” as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. It’s also a time to stand in solidarity with those who may not yet be ready to come out, and to remember that there’s still a long way to go when it comes to LGBTQ+ rights.
