At IntraSpectrum Counseling, we know it’s important to make therapy available when you are. It’s more likely you’ll be able to commit to therapy when your sessions can be scheduled around work and other important commitments. That’s why IntraSpectrum Counseling is open extended hours, seven days a week (Mon-Fri: 10am to 7pm, and Sat-Sun: 9am to 7pm), and why our therapists’ work schedules include some evening and weekend appointments. Our three locations in Andersonville and the Loop make getting to your scheduled sessions easier. And depending on your health insurance and where you reside, telehealth (online) appointments may be covered too.

On Lesbian Visibility Day, we celebrate lesbians and show solidarity with all LGBTQ+ women and non binary people in our community. Lesbian visibility has evolved immensely over the last 2 decades, especially in the music industry. Representation and visibility has the potential to instill hope and provide affirmation of identities which were once vilified or erased from our culture. In a world that continues to be hostile to sexual and gender minorities, having awareness of safe and affirming lesbian and queer adults is paramount for maintaining hope of a life beyond the closet.
