Your responses to the following questions will help us determine which of our therapists might be a good match for you. We will ask about your identities and experiences in an effort to provide intentionally affirming space for you at IntraSpectrum. With that in mind, please share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Our offices are open for in-person counseling by appointment, and we also offer online therapy (subject to health insurance provider policies). This inquiry form will ask whether you are looking for in-person vs. online therapy. We are happy to assist if you are not sure about your health insurance provider’s policies regarding in-person vs. online therapy.
The inquiry form takes most people about ten minutes to complete. For security purposes, your answers will not be saved and must be completed in one sitting. Once submitted, we will follow-up with you via email using the address you share below. Our goal is to respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. Please note that due to extremely high volume, we are experiencing a delay of at least three weeks in responding to intake emails and client inquiry messages. Inquiries are processed in the order in which they are received.
