Jack is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, serving as the Clinical Director of ISC, overseeing the incredible quality of care clinicians are providing and focusing on continuous growth and improvement in making such care accessible to more and more people. He has provided leadership and clinical care in residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and in-home programs over the last 12 years. Jack believes strong leadership is that which is grounded in a shared mission and values with their team. He encourages others to share their own life and work experiences to help build strong rationales in decision-making processes. In this way, as a team, we can ensure that the community we serve remain at the center of the choices we make in developing and growing our impact.
