Our Sliding Scale Program helps provide access to services and resources for those most at need in our community. To get started with therapy, simply submit an Inquiry Form and indicate you’re interested in Sliding Scale. Our Client Services Team will contact you to review your information and confirm eligibility.
Individuals who receive or participate in the following assistance, benefit, or insurance programs are automatically eligible to participate in our Sliding Scale Program:
- CHIP
- Chicago Rental Assistance Program
- Federal Lifeline Program
- Housing Choice Voucher Program
- Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Medicaid
- Medicare
- SNAP
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- WIC
Our Sliding Scale Program is also available for:
- Individuals without housing
- Minors in foster care
- Individuals with a household income equal to, or less than, 60% of the Area Median Income for Chicago (click here for AMI chart)
