ABOUT

In his role as Chief Administrative Officer, Ben is responsible for the strategic planning and continued growth of the practice, and for providing legal and business solutions across departments. Ben directs the planning and implementing of financial, legal, operational and regulatory strategies. He also oversees cost assessment, budgeting and forecasting, compliance with all legal guidelines, and relationships with health insurance providers.

Ben works closely with the Leadership team on developing procedures and policies, refining and introducing services, addressing employment and human resources matters, and conducting investigations. Ben supervises the Clinical Director, People Operations Manager, Marketing Manager and Client Services Representative positions. He also manages outside accounting, payroll, legal, and technology teams.
