In her role as Marketing Manager, Ann is the voice of the client within the practice, and the voice of the practice outside our buildings. “I see client advocacy as one of my primary responsibilities. Consistently presenting information in an affirming, accessible and professional manner, and making excellence of client experience a top-priority in every marketing decision are the most powerful ways I can support our clients and our practice.”

Ann directs programs to develop business, increase awareness and cultivate brand. She is responsible for leads generation, ISC content on digital platforms (website, social media, online referral directories), collaborations with local community organizations, professional outreach, external presentations, and media contacts.

Within the practice, Ann is part of the leadership team that develops mission-based programs to support local good works. She also manages internal staff communications and marketing training programs, for business and team member development.
