PHILOSOPHY

My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and client-centered. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools for growth and healing.

THERAPY WITH ME

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and safe space where your voice is valued. For me, the client is the expert of their own life, and that is evident in the therapeutic space. We’ll work together to explore your concerns, identify patterns, and set meaningful goals that align with you. A successful session helps you feel understood, gain insight, and leave with practical steps or new perspectives to support your growth between sessions.
