Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Cordelia brings a trauma-informed lens not only to her work with clients, but also to how she approaches organizational management. This is informed by her experience working in settings that follow the Sanctuary Model, an approach to creating trauma-informed culture in organizations. In her role as IntraSpectrum Counseling’s Clinical Director, Cordelia is particularly energized by the opportunity to expand access to IntraSpectrum’s mental health services through connections with community organizations, and by creating new programs at ISC. She also provides clinical supervision for ISC therapists and clinical supervisors, and develops and implements procedures to facilitate clinical work and support both our team members and clients.

Cordelia’s clinical experience includes work with survivors of trauma in multiple settings (including gun violence survivors at a Level 1 Trauma Center) and providing psychotherapy services to couples and individuals living with severe mental health diagnoses. Her areas of clinical interest include supporting Holocaust survivors and their families, chronic pain, gender identity, intergenerational trauma, parenting, psychosis, acculturation and immigration, identity, trauma recovery, school issues, divorce, relationships, and grief.
