PHILOSOPHY

I believe healing, exploration, and growth occurs in safe environments within the company of those we trust. I provide therapy through strengths-based, person-centered perspective that blends compassionate care and radical acceptance through my holistic, humanistic-existential orientation. My passion for bolstering the authentic self-expression of my clients occurs through my trauma-informed, relational approach to psychotherapy.

THERAPY WITH ME

I view therapy as an ever-evolving journey of healing and self-discovery. My role is to serve as a safe holding environment in which growth can occur as well as a guide through the uncertainties of life. With a warm and curious approach, I meet my clients where they are currently while helping them get to where they want to be. I enjoy incorporating meditation, mindfulness, art, and creative interventions into therapy.
