PHILOSOPHY

Healing is birthed from mutually empowering relationships, as well as connectedness to one’s identities and community. My goal is to create space for clients to feel safe and reduce shame.

THERAPY WITH ME

Heavily influenced by relational-cultural theory, I navigate the world and direct my work through a feminist, sex-positive lens and aim to be anti-racist in my personal and professional life. My eclectic and therapeutic approach combines the utilization of various theoretical approaches and real life experiences to guide the healing process.
