PHILOSOPHY

As humans we are highly adaptive and we thrive through connection. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in anti-oppressive, intersectional feminist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming frameworks, where I strive to support clients in navigating the complexities of their experiences. Together, we’ll explore ways to foster authentic connection, healing, and growth, empowering you to create meaningful forward movement in your life.

THERAPY WITH ME

I am committed to providing a warm, non-judgmental, and inclusive space for clients, allowing you room to stretch, grow, and flourish. I use trauma-informed, humanistic, and strengths-based approaches where you will be supported, and we will work collaboratively with your goals at the forefront. My work also acknowledges the profound impact of systemic forces (such as racism, colonization, white supremacy, capitalism, patriarchy, anti-queerness, anti-transness, anti-fatness, ableism, etc.) on our individual and collective well-being. Ultimately, you are the expert of your life, and together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify strengths, increase emotional regulation, enhance self-efficacy and self-trust, and navigate new paths towards your desired future.
