PHILOSOPHY

By using an Adlerian Psychology (Individual Psychology), and aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Positive Psychotherapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, we will discover, together, the best way for you to boldly become the person you are working to become. This is about your self-discovery and validation of who you are and your goals for your mental health journey.

THERAPY WITH ME

My therapeutic style is positive, encouraging, and holistic. I am here to help you become the best version of yourself. With our time together, we will work on becoming the person you want to become. Collaboratively, we will create a safe environment where we can discuss issues, change, learn, and develop. Working at your pace, we will look at your past, talk about where you are now, and discover where you want to go to achieve your most authentic self. During our time together, I will provide you with resources and perspective to develop insight into, and self-awareness of, your motivations, to achieve your goals, and to proudly and confidently embody your true self.
