I believe in absolute collaboration with the clients who I work with. I tend to assist them by guiding each individual in a supportive manner. I approach clients gently to assist them in their journey to positive interpersonal growth, development, and healing. I tend to use a person-centered approach and I never shy away from using other modalities within sessions. I believe that every client can benefit from an integrative approach tailored to their own needs.
I am a trauma informed therapist who uses a non-judgmental, person-centered, integrative approach where I assist you with increasing your own self-awareness. I believe interventions should be individually tailored as everyone develops in their own way. By being compassionate and genuine, I hope to create a space for personal growth and healing. Together we explore challenges while identifying existing strengths to help you live a more authentic and meaningful life.
