I approach clients gently to assist them in their journey to positive interpersonal growth, development, and healing. I tend to use a person-centered approach and I never shy away from using other modalities within sessions. I believe that every client can benefit from an integrative approach tailored to their own needs.

THERAPY WITH ME

I am a trauma informed therapist who uses a non-judgmental, person-centered, integrative approach where I assist you with increasing your own self-awareness. Together we explore challenges while identifying existing strengths to help you live a more authentic and meaningful life.
