PHILOSOPHY

The process of entering therapy (whether for the first time or after multiple attempts at finding the right therapist or managing issues) can be intimidating and overwhelmingly emotional, so I foster a trusting environment filled with compassion and acceptance to build a supportive relationship. I conceptualize the therapeutic process as a way to integrate the various masks that an individual presents to the world into one cohesive whole. Incorporating the pieces of one’s history and personality leads to greater satisfaction with oneself and those around them.

THERAPY WITH ME

I utilize an integrated approach to therapy that is individualized and evolves over the course of therapy.
