I view therapy as a place to find comfort, empathy and support. For people to grow, they need to feel safe. I want to provide that safety anytime I am working with someone. To ensure safety, I put my full trust in the client and believe they are truly the experts in their life.
My clients can expect a non-judgmental and warm environment at each session. I like to meet my clients where they are, ensuring there is no pressure for anyone to be who they are not. My goal is to make sure my clients are comfortable, heard, validated, and empowered. Successful therapy is going to look different with each person, and my clients and I work together to discover what success looks like for them.

We’re now enrolling new and current clients, for five new 12-week Therapy Groups. Groups meet either in-person or telehealth/online, and two groups are offered at a reduced fee exclusively for those without medical insurance or who have Medicaid / Medicare.
IntraSpectrum Counseling therapy groups are safe spaces to share, get support and make connections, and Sliding Scale Income-Based programs help make affirming mental health services possible for people who might not otherwise be able to access them. Open enrollment ends soon for all of the therapy groups below – click here to submit an online Inquiry Form.
